2003-03-18 横別けにしてみたらどうも落ちつかない火曜日 [長年日記]
�� 昨日、うれしいメールが来ました。高校時代のナカヨシさんH子にアカンボができたそうな。いやー、おめでたは続きますね。生まれたら見せてもらおうと思います、今からそのことを考えるとついニヘラニヘラとしてしまうのであります。
そしてやっぱり戦争やだなぁ〜と、あらためて思うのです。
�� 胃腸が弱ってヘロヘロです、胃がもたれて消化できません（泣）、しばらくプチ絶食。
�� なんだか疲れたり腹が立ったりで忙しい、腹がたつとものすごく冷静になるみたいです。もう今日はノー残業デイにしてサクッと定時退社を心がけようっと、フン。

腹が立って冷静になれるのはうらやましい。<br>僕はダメだなぁ。。。<br>冷静に考えればツッコミどころ満載なのに、その場では気付かないほど怒りに集中してしまう。
一瞬ムカッと沸騰するんですけど、その後急激に覚めていって頭がクリアになる感じがします。そして顔は無表情能面フェイスになりますねぇ。でもまぁ家に帰ったらフトン蹴ったりしてしますけどね。
僕なんか怒りで声や手が震えたりして、まともに話せなくなる。
あまりに腹が立って「あかん、ガタガタになる〜」と思ったら、その場を離れるかだまりこくる、というのがパターンだなぁ。でも最近はそこまで怒ることないや。
