■ 昨日は、散歩部のみなさんとゴハンでした、その前にかんたろうさん、トラオさん、私のメンバーでボウリングをしに行ったのですが、私は全然駄目で、フォームとか足とか気にすればする程ガタガタになってしまったのでありました。シャドウとイメトレの重要さが身に染みました。倒れないと楽しくないし勝てないとイヤなんでちょっと自主トレして上手になりたいです。下は自分の為にメモ。
